Prestigious award for Le Regina

It is our great pleasure to announce that La Rotisserie Restaurant’s representatives have been awarded with the first prize during prestigious culinary contest: L'Art de la cuisine Martell 2008  

The contest was held on 8th March 2008 in “Zamek Ryn” Hotel in Mazurian district of Poland. Mr Daniel Uliczny and Mr Sebastian Wełpa prepared for that occasion a very special recipe which was highly appreciated by the jury among fifteen other most attractive offers.

Daniel and Sebastian proved that the efforts of the whole team towards keeping the quality of the food on the highest level made the cuisine of La Rotisserie Restaurant very exceptional and unique.

Daniel and Sebastian have been working at La Rotisserie’s with Executive Chef, Mr Paweł Oszczyk. Following the philosophy of Michelin Guide restaurants, Paweł was the first in Poland to offer special degustation menu on daily basis, which is accompanied by the package of fine wines selected by sommelier. The menu changes a few times a week and is based on the finest and the freshest ingredients.
